For Parents at Their Wit's End

You've Tried Everything. There's One More Option.

Chad Conley uses his authority as a licensed bail bondsman to set bond conditions that require GPS monitoring and direct rehab placement — giving parents real leverage when nothing else has worked.

Chad Talks Directly to Parents

These are real conversations Chad has had with parents in exactly your situation.

“If you have a teenage kid, you need to watch this.”

“You've paid for bail. You've paid for rehab. Now what the hell do you do?”

You've Bailed Them Out Before. You've Paid for Rehab. And They Left.

I've seen it a hundred times. Your kid gets arrested. You bail them out because you love them. They sit at home, you sit there crying and stressed. Then they're back in jail. You pay for rehab — they take off the moment the party's over and there are no more couches to surf. Then they come crawling back to mom and dad.

Here's the thing most parents don't know: once your child turns 18, you have no legal control over their body. But I do. As their bail bondsman, I have the authority to set bond conditions. And that changes everything.

How the Bond Conditions Program Works

01

Parents Come to Me for the Bond

You are the cosigner. I am the only one who can enforce the conditions. No other bondsman, no family member — me. That's the deal.

02

I Present the Conditions to the Defendant

Before they leave jail, I sit down with them and lay it out straight: 'Nobody else is going to help you. Your parents are willing to do this — but only on bond conditions. This is your last chance. What's it going to be?'

03

GPS Monitor Goes On Before They Leave

I coordinate the GPS installation. Either the parents pick them up and drive to the GPS installer, or the installer meets them at the jail. We work out the logistics together — that's my job.

04

They Go Directly to Rehab — Not Home

The facility is arranged before they walk out. They go straight there. This is not a home detention program. I do not do house arrest. Rehab only.

05

If They Leave — They Go Back to Jail

If they leave the facility, if they get kicked out — I don't care whose fault it is — they go back to jail. No second chances, no exceptions. That's the line. And they know it going in.

Why This Actually Works

This program empowers parents again — especially when your child is 18 to mid-20s, desperate for your help but still using you. You draw the line. I enforce it.

And here's something most people don't realize: judges love this. When a defendant gets bonded out, goes into rehab, has a GPS monitor, and has real accountability — it's all provable. I've had huge success getting cases continued and outcomes improved because the judge can see the defendant is doing the work.

Sitting in jail is not getting them sober. It's just delaying the problem. This gives them a real shot — with real consequences if they blow it.

Better Outcomes in Court

When a defendant is bonded out, in rehab, wearing a GPS monitor, and showing up — judges notice. Chad has had significant success getting cases continued and outcomes improved because the accountability is documented and provable.

This Program Is Not for Everyone

Chad will be straight with you from the first call. This program has specific requirements:

  • Rehab placement only — I do not do home detention or house arrest for parents
  • The defendant must agree to the conditions before leaving jail
  • A facility must be identified and ready before release
  • Parents must be the cosigners — this is your bond, your call
