No scripts. No call centers. No runaround.

Here's Exactly What Happens When You Call

Most people have never called a bail bondsman before. They don't know what to expect. Here's the truth.

When you dial 855-BAD-CHAD, you're not getting a call center in another state. You're not getting an answering service that takes a message. You're getting me — or someone on my team who I personally trained and trust.

I know that sounds like something everyone says. But I mean it literally. I still answer my own phone. I still take the 3am calls. I still drive to jails when I need to. That's not going to change.

01

You Call. I Answer.

The phone rings. I pick up. That's it. No hold music, no 'press 1 for bail bonds.' You tell me what's happening and I start working immediately. If I'm on another call, I call you back within minutes — not hours.

What you need to tell me: the name of the person arrested, what city or jail if you know it, and what the charges are if you know them. If you don't know any of that, tell me anyway. I can find it.

02

I Find Them. Fast.

If you don't know which jail your person is in, I find out. I have direct lines to booking departments across Southern California — San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange County, Los Angeles. I know how to navigate the system quickly. What takes a family hours to figure out, I can usually confirm in minutes.

I'm looking for: which facility they're in, what the booking number is, what the exact charges are, and what the bail amount is set at.

03

I Tell You the Truth About What You're Facing

Once I have the information, I tell you exactly what it is — the bail amount, the 10% premium you'll owe me, what collateral if any is needed, and how long the release process will take at that specific facility. No sugarcoating. No bait and switch. What I tell you on the phone is what it is.

If there's a complication — a hold, a high-risk charge, a situation that needs more explanation — I tell you that too. You deserve to know what you're actually dealing with.

04

We Handle the Paperwork — Your Way

You don't have to come to an office. We can do everything by phone, email, or electronically. I'll send you the documents, walk you through what you're signing, and answer every question you have. If you want to meet in person, I can do that too. Whatever works for you.

The co-signer paperwork is straightforward. I explain every line. I don't rush you through it. If something doesn't make sense, ask me — that's what I'm here for.

05

I Post the Bond. They Come Home.

Once the paperwork is signed and the premium is paid, I post the bond directly with the jail. From that point, the release process is in the jail's hands — and I'll tell you exactly how long it typically takes at that specific facility. I stay in contact with you until your person walks out.

Release times vary by facility. Some jails process releases in 2-3 hours. Others take longer. I'll give you a realistic expectation — not a promise I can't keep.

06

I'm Still Here After

The bond doesn't end when they walk out. There are court dates to keep, conditions to follow, and sometimes complications that come up. I'm available throughout the entire process. If something changes — a court date gets moved, a problem comes up — call me. That's part of what you're paying for.

The most important thing after release: make every court appearance. Missing court is the one thing that can unravel everything. I'll remind you of that more than once.

What I Won't Do

I won't tell you what you want to hear just to close the deal. If the situation is complicated, I'll tell you it's complicated.

I won't rush you through paperwork you don't understand. You're signing something significant — you should know what it says.

I won't disappear after I get paid. I'm available throughout the entire bond period.

I won't judge you or your family for what happened. That's not my job. My job is to get your person out.
